Dr. Rebecca Gilmour Receives 2019-2020 MSU Teaching Award

Congratulations to Dr. Rebecca Gilmour, Anthropology CLA, for receiving the 2019-2020 MSU Teaching Award in Social Sciences! Dr. Gilmour is is a biological anthropologist and archaeologist known for her innovative teaching and hands on learning activities. She was nominated this winter term by students in ANTH 3W03 (Dis)ability & Care: Bioarchaeological perspectives course. ANTH 3W03 is a seminar based course, where students were able to do some original research by re-analyzing older osteological case studies using more current methods and theory.
